The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and really delicious. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the harbor. Plus, the convenience of having a shuttle bus service was great for exploring the city without worrying about transportation.
The room felt a bit outdated and small, with limited space to move around.

Worth its 5 stars. This hotel was good home base for exploring Kobe, loved it. The venue had HELPFUL staff members. Views were great! They have breakfast, it costs 1733 JPY per person per day.

Rooms and staff, all was fantastic. Located in the middle of the city. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Neiro that was only 10 minutes' walk away. It deserves its 5 stars.

We truly enjoyed the hotel, its awsome staff and facilities. We found nice Mitsumori Honpo nearby with hot beverages. We were in the japanese-style room with a minibar, an individual safe and flat-screen TV. All the employees were polite.
